Dennis Kelly is retired Army, Vietnam Veteran.   Dennis is a volunteer with SCORE, a volunteer organization that supports the Small Business Administration.  He is an independant Veteran advocate assisting Veterans to reintegrate back into  the work force and civilian life in general.
